Besides fire protection coating, vehicle manufacturers also rely on Alro for other battery part operations such as quality control and the electrocoating, laser cleaning and assembly of battery components.

First, we clean the batteryhousing. Then we apply an anti-corrosion coating and a KTL coating to the metal parts.

Certain parts need to be stripped or have their KTL coating removed. Alro uses innovative laser technology to do this.

When those stages have been completed, the battery components are protected against corrosion. Now they are ready for the next assembly steps. We install your products as complete assemblies. Depending on your process, we do this automatically with robots or by manual operations.

At the end of the process, we subject each part to thorough quality checks. We do this in different ways based on the standards you set as our customer. That is how Alro guarantees the best quality.
