We develop and engineer the necessary tools and automation ourselves where required. We work with our partners to build the right systems. We can also procure the parts from the manufacturers, so you no longer need to manage the goods and financial flows yourself.

Alro Group handles all the links in the chain from a product’s manufacturing to its final assembly with Just In Time and Just In Sequence deliveries. The final products for cars and trucks tend to be assembled in a varied mix of colours. We therefore deliver the products in exactly the same sequence at the right time.

Thanks to our extensive IT & Logistics systems, we usually deliver the products after sub-assembly Just In Sequence and Just In Time to our customers’ assembly lines across Europe. We do this with extremely high delivery precision. This is because we have very quick response times and follow everything up IT-wise with scans, delivery notes, delivery of packaging and lists and so on.

When the products are similar, we transfer them in batch deliveries defined by you or in a more specific system such as kanban. We use such systems on trucks, for example. Trucks come in a thousand different colours, but many of them are white. For white trucks, we therefore use kanban or batch deliveries. Kanban is a batch follow-up scheduling system. We manage the product-specific packaging based on the product deliveries. The coloured trucks we handle differently with Just In Sequence deliveries.
